Belenenses go Brazilian again
Three new signings brings number of new faces to 17
Belenenses have dipped into the transfer market again. It comes as no surprise that they have brought over three more Brazilian players.
The club have announced the acquisitions of Vanderlei, Vinicius Pacheco and Junior Negrao. The Blues’ latest additions bring the total to an astounding 17 new faces in the squad, with 12 of those signings originating from Brazil, the country of birth of new coach Casemiro Mior.
Vanderlei is a central defender who has signed a three-year deal, Vinicius Pacheco is an offensive midfielder and has signed a one-year contract with an option to make it permanent should he impress.
Junior Negrao is the third striker that Belenenses have signed, after Matheus and Romario, and has put pent o paper on a two-year contract. The 21-year-old was brought in to fill thin attack and comes highly rated as he and his fellow compatriots have all received the approval of coach Mior.
