Many felt the former Benfica winger was unlucky to be let go by the Lisbon giants after a promising first season at the Estadio da Luz under Fernando Santos. Undeterred, the tenacious wide man rolled up his sleeves and turned in another impressive season on loan at Spanish club Malaga.

Again discarded by Benfica this summer, the islanders will be hoping Jorge maintains his excellent form during a one-year loan spell.
