          Star man - Helder Barbosa

Portugal U21 player Helder Barbosa is touted as one of the future stars of the Portuguese game. The skilful FC Porto attacking midfielder made his debut for the Dragons in May 2006, but was loaned out to Academica soon afterwards. A serious injury halted his progress, but he returned in fine form last season, and was recalled by Porto for the second half of last season.

Still only 21, the player has again seen his chances of breaking into the Porto team limited by a plethora of seasoned internationals and will be hoping an impressive season on loan at Trofense can help push him into the team of the national champions.
