Boavista sign midfielder but Pacheco unhappy

Coach demands quality not quantity

Boavista have added yet another face in their squad rebuilding process as the club announced the signing of 19-year-old former Belgrano defensive midfielder, Javier Leindo.

Although Boavista have added thirteen new faces to the team, coach Jaime Pacheco is still not satisfied and is demanding that the club bring in higher quality players in order to challenge for honours.

“I will hold the board responsible! This group must be reinforced with quality,” fumed Pacheco. “The president can speak of four reinforcements, but it’s obvious that I will ask for more. The squad is not how I like it. In order to win we have to have good players.”
