Boavista bring in trio: Diakite, Rissut and Milan Gajic added to squad
More signings on the way promises Loureiro
Boavista have added another three faces to their growing list of summer transfers having announced that Diakite (ex-Beira-Mar) and Rissut (ex-Guimaraes) will be joining the club this upcoming season, along with Serbian midfielder Milan Gajic.
Malian midfielder Diakite arrives on loan from relegated Beira-Mar, while Brazilian central defender, Rissut, has signed for two years with the Black Panthers.
Rissut was released by newly promoted Guimaraes and will be happy to have found a new club so quickly.
Boavista continue to invest in Eastern Europe, with the signing of 25-year-old Milan Gajic from second division Serbian side, Napredak.
Details of the deal were not disclosed, but Boavista beat competition from Partizan Belgrade and Red Star Belgrade for the attacking midfielder’s signature.
The new signings will not complete the club’s long list of additions according to club president Joao Loureiro, who promised that Boavista are awaiting the arrival of a central defender. The Porto club have so far brought in 10 new players.
