Idolised by Leixoes fans and unanimously voted ‘Player of the Year’ for last season was striker, Roberto. The Brazilian forward’s 18 goals proved crucial as the team from the Porto suburbs gained promotion to the top flight of Portuguese football.

The club and fans will hope that his deadly marksmanship will carry over to the Bwin Liga as they look to retain their status in Portugal’s top tier of football.
