Pacos de Ferreira add further signings

UEFA Cup participants boost squad with Gomes capture

Pacos de Ferreira keep adding to their long list of signings as the club prepare for their first ever appearance in the UEFA Cup.

Former Uniao de Leiria midfielder, Paulo Gomes, has penned a two-year deal at the Mata Real. The 32-year-old represented Leiria for five years but was out of a contract at the end of this past season and has decided to move north.

Pacos have been extremely active in the transfer market as they can already boast the following signings: Edson Di, Kiko, Dede, Chico Silva, Filipe Anuncicao, Ferreira, Jose Furtado (pending) and Fernando Pilar.
