Portuguese youngster Ricardo Vaz Te has pledged his immediate future to Premiership side Bolton Wanderers.
After being named the club’s Young Player of the Year last season, the 19-year-old had struggled to make an impact this term and it was suggested that the former Farense forward may look to move on in the summer.
But a recent run in the first team, including his first Premiership goal, has improved Vaz Te’s position in the Trotters’ squad, and the youngster is not looking to move on just yet.
“There were rumours about me leaving but I have made the decision to stay at The Reebok,” he confirmed.
“Sam Allardyce is a coach who gives young players the opportunity to play.”
