AlanAfter impressing at Maritimo, the winger was snapped up by Porto but failed to get a foothold in the team that has dominated Portuguese football over the last two decades. Since moving to Braga in 2008 he has flourished.

Full of trickery and able to play on either flank, he has acquired the happy knack of scoring in big matches, netting spectacular winners against both Porto and Sporting in Braga's spectacular 2009/10 campaign, before enjoying another strong season as Braga made the Europa League final the following year. The Brazilian will captain Os Arsenalistas in 2011/12.

He finally played his best game for Braga against Olhanense... but dont you think its time you changed it. He's not the top man and never was... Makes this site look unprofessional picking a player who can't even make it into the starting 11.

Possebon is gank and has a real attitude problem.

Matheus - Star man? You've got to be kidding. He's a small fish in a big pond, quite the opposite of when he was loaned out to Setubal. There are about 10 players better than him in the squad. He's never reached his true ability and has a tendancy to dive a lot like CAimar...

portugal and braga both are my favorite team.in this season.braga's general state what in the liga is fairly satisfactory.and viana was reborn in the braga.I hope you can keep up your spirits! and I wish you can be the champion of the season.

If Braga is your "second team" then you have no business commenting on them as a supporter or fan. It's Braga 24/7 365 days out of the year or NOTHING. I have been a Braga supporter since I was in my teens 12 years ago when I got into the Portuguese league and can't stand band wagon jumpers who claim to have a soft spot for Braga just because their daddy's team (Benfica) can't cut it anymore.

Alan is our star, Hugo Viana as well. Joao Perreira is the third best Portuguese RB behind Bosingwa and Miguel. But without a doubt the best wing back in the Portuguese Liga. Eduardo is the best Portuguese keeper and the National teams number 1.

Matheus is a great player I think he should be a starter but he is a role player not our star.

Braga are my second team in the Liga...I always want Benfica first and Braga second...Good to see Braga right up there with the big boys this season...They have been going up since I've been rooting for them during the 04/05 season...

By the way please take out Matheus as Braga's star player...His done nothing since his been in Braga...You guys should lable Alan or Hugo Viana as Braga's star player
