@jon: I agree. Admittedly, I haven't seen too much of Custodio this season but he really impressed me in the holding role when he came on. Nothing special, just simple things like winning the ball and distributing it quickly and efficiently. I haven't been impressed with Veloso in the last 2 matches (albeit friendlies). He hasn't done much and keeps losing the balls allowing the opponent to counter dangerously. I'd still start Veloso vs Germany as maybe he was poor just based on it being a friendly, however if he falters i wouldn't hesitate to replace him with Custodio.
