Although I don't agree with one or two of Bento's decisions, we have to be optimistic. After all, the likes of Custodio, Miguel Lopes and so on are not likely to get many minutes as we have no easy games in our group. I believe not taking manuel fernandes was niave on Bento's behalf, then again we have Moutinho, Meireles, Ruben Micael, all capable of doing a decent job in the middle. When it comes to our forwards there is no doubt we have some of the most prolific and technically gifted players in the world; and who knows maybe nelson oliveira could be the world-class striker we've been searching for for years. Our defence is also solid, Joao Pereira has done exceptionally well since being called up, and with the cohesion amongst Pepe and Coentrao, I think conceding goals shouldn't be too much of a worry. Quite frankly I can't wait, we need to get behind our team and give them the support they deserve!
