Star man - Bruno Gama

Rio Ave pulled off something of a coup when they signed U21 Portugal international Bruno Gama on a permanent basis from FC Porto.

The talented Gama, after loan spells at Braga and Setubal, may have made a wise option in choosing to continue learning his trade under the tutelage of experienced coach Carlos Brito. The highly respected Rio Ave boss is known for setting up his teams to play a passing game with the emphasis on attack - which could be just the ticket for skilful forward Gama.
