Academica boss Rogerio Goncalves is aware of the need for his team to start winning and how difficult the task will be to do it against the Olha outfit, but the Briosa coach feels that it has to start sooner rather than later. "We always feel the pressure to win, right from the opening match. A coach is always thinking about winning and obtaining the best results and when they don't happen, we want to start winning as quickly as we can." "We are aware of the necessity to collects points.
