Deco repeats desire to quit Chelsea for InterMidfielder wants Mourinho reunion Chelsea’s Portuguese international Deco has once again expressed his intent to leave English club Chelsea, and admits a move to Jose Mourinho’s Inter would be a good solution.Luiz Felipe Scolari brought Deco to Stamford Bridge last summer from Barcelona after he was appointed Blues coach. However, the Brazilian was sacked in January and Deco has played a minor role for the Premiership club ever since. Mourinho is rebuilding his Inter squad ahead of next season, and along with fellow Chelsea team-mate Ricardo Carvalho, is believed to have identified Deco as a possible reinforcement for the Nerazurri. “I have a contract with Chelsea, but there are other offers,” Deco told Maisfutebol. “I want to feel happy and this is not the case at Chelsea. I want to find a club where I can once again find the joy of playing football. “Of course I would love to work again with Mourinho, he guarantees success. He is a great manager, perhaps the best I’ve had in my career. I have a contract, but I know the two clubs have spoken. “I do not want to stay here, as I have said already. In any case, I have to wait to see what happens, but I have not enjoyed my experience with Chelsea.” Add your comment |
