Hilario earns two-year Chelsea extensionGoalkeeper to stay in London Portuguese goalkeeper Hilario will stay with Premiership club Chelsea, after the Blues extended the former Porto man’s contract until 2011.Hilario, who was signed by former Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho in 2006, was out of contract this summer and it was speculated that he may not be offered a new deal at Stamford Bridge. However, new manager Carlos Ancelotti clearly sees the 33-year-old’s experience as a valuable asset for the club next season. Former National ‘keeper Hilario has been used sparingly since his arrival in England, and appears likely to compete with fellow new signing Ross Turnbull, signed today from Middlesbrough, to be understudy to number one Petr Cech. I never understand why players willingly choose to stay at a big club that won't play them instead of moving to a slightly smaller club to get valuable playing time. Portugal need a good goalkeeper and he might be it if he freaking got to play.
Why?

Why is Hilario willing to ride bench for another season...Doesn't he miss playing Futebol...IMO he should've come back to Portugal
