Video: Pele fights off team-mate to score winner for EskisehirsporEskisehirspor 2-1 Sivasspor Former Porto midfielder Vitor Pele scored an 89th-minute winner for Eskisehirspor to give his side victory over Sivasspor in the Turkish Super Lig last night.
The score had been level at 1-1 since the 18-minute mark when Eskisehirspor defender Diego Angelo put through his own net to cancel out Serdar Ozbayraktar’s opener. Pele, who has struggled for a starting position in recent weeks, was called from the bench on the hour as his side looked for a winning goal. It arrived with one minute of normal time left to play, and it was preceded by a controversial argument between team-mates over the taking of a free-kick. Pele resisted strong pressure from Sezer Ozturk to take the set-piece, and the Portuguese midfielder vindicated his confidence by converting with the help of the inside of the post. The win temporarily moves Eskisehirspor up to 7th place in the table, seven points adrift of the top four and a European place. By Sean Gillen Follow PortuGOAL on Twitter and Facebook |

Very few good young Portuguese players are playing at top flight clubs today.
This guy looks fat and could become the new Miguel if he does not turn it around. Let's hope this Pele can make something out of what is left of his career.
the fact Ozturk didn't celebrate or even smile shows just what an selfish idiot he is.
