Cissokho deal imminent - agent

Porto and Milan locked in negotiations

The never-ending Aly Cissokho transfer saga has reared its head again, but on a positive note this time, as FC Porto and AC Milan have both come back to the table to try and reach an agreement over the left-back.

The player's agent, Roger Boli, told Renascenca that the two clubs are currently trying to come to an amicable resolution concerning the former Vitora Setubal defender's  move to to the Serie A club.

Milan had decided to call off the transfer after the player failed a dental exam, but now have appeared to have a change of heart and are would like to take Cissokho on, but only if the price falls lower than the original fee of 15m euros.

"The two clubs have entered into new negotiations,"stated Boli. "They are both tryng to find a solution, I cannot say what kind, but one that satisifies both parties."

"I do not know when the negotiations will becopme finalised, but a deal is still possible - whether it be a loan or a permanent one."
