Oliveira will make things easier for Ronaldo and Nani since he is capable of making something out of nothing(unlike Almeida and Postiga). His pace and athleticism can cause any defense problems, and as he's shown for Benfica and for Portugal yesterday, he is a very good passer/crosser of the ball as well.
Yes he is inexperienced, but he has so much to more to offer than Postiga and Almeida.
