Goncalves appointed new Naval coachPortuguese tactician comes back for a third spell A familiar face will be returning to Figueira da Foz as Naval have announced that Rogerio Goncalves will take over coaching duties from Victor Zvunka.
Goncalves is no stranger to the navalistas having already coached the team on two previous occasions. The first spell occurred in 2004/05 when the 51-year-old helped the club gain promotion to the Portuuese top flight. After spending the folloiwng season with Leixoes, Goncalves returned to Naval during the 2005/06 season and left the following campaign before the championship ended. Naval are currently in 14th place in the table with 4 points - one point above the relegation zone. |

Then again who exactly would want a job for a team whose Board that hired Victor Zvunka to implement new tactics/plans, fired him after exactly six matches. You have to ask yourself, what exactly did the Board see or hear in the interview, but have not seen now in order to fire him after six matches.
Some jobs are just not worth taking.
