Portugal at the World Cup – get involved!
PortuGOAL facebook, twitter, discussion boards & more
It’s here. The greatest football show on earth kicks off today. We have been thrilled with the quantity and quality of the comments and discussions among our ever-increasing readership and hereby invite you to get even more involved as we keep track of all things Seleccao.
Our extensive coverage of Portugal’s participation at the 2010 World Cup is greatly enhanced by your opinions, questions and discussions under the articles in the comments section. Please keep them coming.
You can also directly interact with us through our new Facebook page, our Twitter account or on the forum.
We also want to know how Portuguese communities and individuals around the world will be soaking up the atmosphere and following Carlos Queiroz’s men. The “watching you watching us” section invites Portugal fans from all over the globe to share their experiences of watching Ronaldo and company in action in South Africa.
The overwhelming majority of our readers/listeners are at one with each other and the PortuGOAL.net team in rooting for the Seleccao to do us all proud in the tournament. Judging by our latest Poll results, confidence is not lacking.
Força Portugal!

VAMOS LUSITANOS !:D
Iberia will most likely have a large screen tv set up outside.
Not bad.
Keep in mind that there is a huge Brazilian influx in the Ironbound (Newark), so they will be as rabid.
I would stay away for the Brazil vs Portugal match.
Ferry street WILL be closed down.
There are several great places to go see matches in NYC.
The Holy Grail would be Nevada Smiths, but that will be packed.
