I hate to say it, but it just seems like Ronaldo isn't much of a team player at times. At times, critical times it seems, he's just reluctant to track back and play defense. He's been doing it time and time again and i am sure he's been talked to about it because rarely, he's been seen tracking back to play defense especially in the game against Germany. He just needs to be more consistent when it comes to being a balanced player in time for Sunday's match because we're not going to be doing much attacking, we're going to be utilizing the same defensive counter-attack method we saw against Germany.
Ronaldo just needs to come to terms with us not being Real Madrid and become more of a dedicated team player. He's not going to be spoiled with chances like he always is in Real Madrid. I just think he expects too much offensively from our team, he needs to clean up his selfish attitude. I love the guy, he's obviously one of the most gifted players this game has ever seen, but the one area of downfall in his game is to track back and play defense consistently instead of pouting up front.
