Portuguese Cup: Dates set for quarter-finalsPorto-Sporting to kick-off round After having drawn for the quarter-finals of the Portuguese Cup the Portuguese Football Federation has now set dates to each of the matches and the tilt betwen FC Porto and Sporting will open the round on February 2.
Due to the sheer magnitutde of the contest, the FPF decided to give the marquee match its own night to dispute a spot for the semi-finals. The rest of the matches will be spread over the next two days with Pacos de Ferreira and Chaves closing out the round.
