Congrats to Ohlanense a team that comes out to fight game in game out.. well deserved result...
I didn't see the full game.. but it looks like JJ is losing his players.. his peculiar selections at times and his constant demoralizing animated sideline put downs.. have consistently over the last few years cost us points.
Being an expert in my field.. I personally despise when one of my moron bosses with no clue undermines my every move.. and repeatedly turning the tables on them and making them look the fool.. has pleased me immensely.
Only people with an overinflated self worth with an absolute lack of any technical knowledge in technical fields.. can induce the kind of pain that JJ has caused us.
Sure he has been more successful than the most incompetent managers in Benfica's most recent barren history.. so he gets love for his incomptence. But LFV has gotten much better with his player buys and I trust that the next manager will smash all these results.
Paciencia or AVB with this current squad would've destroyed... yet with one of Porto's weakest Managers in decades.. and such a stacked team.. we have lost the only sure thing this season the Liga.. anybody that thinks Benfica will win the CL.. is delusional.. so at best we could win the Taca de Turd.. what a great result... Andre, Mdot,, and NJ will be so pleased.
Yet Jardim with a much shorter bench might .. just win the Liga because of the confidence he instills in his team.
Salavador has progressively gotten better in his Manager selection.. although Paciencia's results are still greater than Jardim.. but the fact is those two tower over JJ.. when he was clowning the sidelines at Braga.
Now LFV has to do the same.. by hiring Paciencia.. to create the fighting spirit we need.. Sportings loss will be our gain.. they should've given Paciencia 3 years to work his magic.. LFV clearly is much more patient.. but the JJ experiement should be done.. he should go back to managing the minnows..
