What do you expect? They build a big stadium in a small city and expect the local club to pay unaffordable rents to play in it. Ridiculous if you ask me. I could understand Porto, Lisbon and even Braga but Leira is about 50,000 people.
It's going to happen to Poland/Ukraine and Brazil too. They will build large stadiums that will be barely used after the tournaments ends.
