Having Joao Silva at Everton is great for both Everton and Portugal. He will be learning from a great manager who has always given his young players the opportunity to play with the senior team when they are ready. The Everton youth system has produced some great players and I see Joao as one who will learn and improve so that Portugal will reap the benefits.
