Definitely the manager of the year in Scotland in my eyes, contended with a fairly crazy club owner, players who didn't get paid for 3 months of the season and having no idea about his contract for next season, so I suppose quite like managing in Portugal :-)
He made my elderly father very happy anyway (a lifelong Hearts supporter)
He's definitely proved himself I think. Where next? Liverpool? :-)
