Good ideas except one. Silvio will not and should not go back to Benfica. He is a top class right back and was first choice and a priority in Atletico when they first signed him. They had a great full back tandem with Silvio in right back and Filipe in left back. Atletico Madrid is a very good team and playing in La Liga the joint best league in the world with Premier League. Atletico is a team that has ambition and will build and become even better and they're probably going to win the Europa League. The only reason Silvio hasn't been playing for them is because of the bad knee injury he got. He needs time to recover. Initially when he was fit when they signed him he was first choice right back. I'm sure when he recovers he'll regain that spot. He's one of Portugal's top players and its better for our elite best players to be in the highest profile leagues and teams. Benfica had their chance with him when he was a junior and they missed it. Its their loss. He's in a good place and he'll do very well in Atletico Madrid! Yall already have two Portuguese promising young fullbacks in Luis Martins (left back) and Andre Almeida (think he's a right back not sure). Yall can make use of them as subs if anything.
